I am having several problems, first i am unable to even

I had MYDOOM, DOOMJUICE and Trojan.mitglieder. My files
are now clean but I cannot explore my computer and when I
shutdown or restar, the system just hangs there and never
shuts down. Also, if I try to run msconfig it flashes on

The Disk Cleanup utility under System Tools shows the
usual assortment of Temporary and Temporary Internet
files.  I tell it to go ahead and get rid of them, and
once it's done the utility says they are gone.  BUT a
