I am running Windows 98 SE on a custom built computer,
PentIII, 850Mhz, 512 RAM, and this thing all of a sudden
decides to reboot itself, very often after I am an hour
into a project, naturally loosing everything. Sometimes

I have started to get a message of resourses low. I have
shut everything off except what is needed. I am running
98se and I have 192 of memory.

I have an Epson scanner and it worked well for a few
month. for some reason one day i could not use it and got
the message "missing DLL file - ISM.DLL essential".
From where and how can I download this missing items?

When I attempt to access Windows Update or double click
the ICON "e" on the Desktop, I receive the following:
A box stating Iexplore: This program has performed an
illegal operation and will be shut down.
