how do you set the mouse to single click instead of double click?
it is not in the mouse settings in the control panel, all i can do there
is change left and right buttons and the double click speed.

After a virus,I Formated C: then clean installed

I made a data CD (as I have before) with the usual 'autorun.inf' file
linking to the usual DOS 'index.bat' batch file to provide a menu
(which I created) to provide access to the contents (which I created).
The CD autostarts just fine on my Windows XP (PRO) machine, but

Critical file.
Also causes windows directory to pop up every time on
start up.  Any suggestions directly related to this issue?

I saw the message posted earlier about the temp file. Does
this go for the Windows/Temp file also? I have about 2,500
files in it now and there are no file extensions on them.

When I boot my computer it goes to the password screen
but the background image is of dogs and I rether it was
blank. How do I change it? I have tried changing the
background but it is still there. the pic does not appear
