Sluggish win9830 Jul 2005 02:26 GMT8
I have recently re-installed Win98 followed by drivers, software etc. The
computer was running superbly until installation of a particular driver.
Since then, boot up and close down have become very slow. Removing the
offending driver/programme did not solve the problem.

I just upgraded the memory in one of my Win98 systems from 768 to 1GB.
