Whether there are 7 ways to get to this setting does not seem overly
relevant here, but my concern is with Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet
Options>Connections>Never dial.../Dial whenever..../Always Dial....

I have a Dell Dimension XPS T450MHz computer with a Pentium III (512K
