I am having problems accessing websites.  Also my computer will not allow me
to sign into my MSN account.
First of all I am getting an error message when I start up my compurter
stating

From time to time my Pc (win98) get busy mainly due to:
mmtask.tsk 39% cpu (see "PROCESS EXPLORER" log)
agentsvr.exe 45% cpu (see "PROCESS EXPLORER" log)
Is this normal ??? any solution ??

From time to time when I wants to shut the PC ("shut down") it get stuck.
Seems like the "shut down" proccess is running but get stuck on a black
screen.
The only option then is to push the "power" or "reset" botton.

The "Choose Program" applet does not display when I right click my mouse on
any
file--images, texts, scripts, programs, apps, etc., on my older IBM desktop
PC from 1999.  When I do, I get the following error message:

Seems something is running in the background occuping the processor but I
can't find it.Had this problem before but can't remember the fix.

I'm running out of places to find help with this...
Defragging always seemed to change the file attributes on my computer.
I'd have to go in and manually restore the View attributes to "View as
Webpage" and "Details."  Annoying, but I figured that was Win98.

After running a program that included 3-D graphics, Direct X9, and hardware
acceleration, when I returned to the Windows desktop, I discovered that my
