My computer tells me it can not find "winword.exe". It has only happened a
couple times, but now it is preventing my daughter from working on an online
class. I have Windows 98 and I have tried to search for the file and I can't
find it either.

Is there ANY way to control access to a folder or file so that NO ONE (not
