I have 2 OS's, win98se and xp home, on one hd, in different partitions.
Why is it when i boot up directly into XP, I get a  reminder that my C
drive is   short of space. That is where my win98 is installed. I'm not
using it except for a tv tuner that does not work in XP. I do not ...

I have on my C drive Win98se and on my E drive, XP...different
partitions, same hd. I'm constantly reminded about shortage of space on
my C drive. I seldom use that drive, except for a tv tuner. Now, I have

I'm trying to maintain an old 64MB system. It seems to be locked out of
Admin. mode. I make changes, reboot, and it's back the way it was.
Is there a file or a setting that could do this?

My computer has been restarting once each boot-up, and then randomly restarts
approximately once an hour, without any apparent precipitatng cause.
