Win98SE I just hate it when i forget how to do something. :-) How do you change the main window background color, not the appearance scheme but the window background itself which defaults to white.

I'm trying to maintain an old 64MB system. It seems to be locked out of Admin. mode. I make changes, reboot, and it's back the way it was. Is there a file or a setting that could do this? Thanks,
