I have to use an old pc with windows 98 on. It works fine for
everything, but it is very slow when I use explorer, going through
directories...
what can it be the reason?

Alright- so my screen has suddenly turned blue & all of my desktop icons are
gone except for just 2 of them. It worked just fine a few days back.

i was deleting files from my compaq 98 computer. I must of deleted a win
program. My computer now says it cant reboot because win.com is missing. all
i have is a black screen with a command.

version of digitizing software.  The software was designed to run on Windows
