I have downloaded a website builder on my Windows 98 computer and I am
getting the error mssg. "Application or DLL can not be loaded on Windows 95
or 3.1.  It takes advantage of unicode features only available on Windows NT".
Is there a fix or workaround I can download to resolve ...
