Word, Excel, Acrobat, do not see my default printer. The
printer space comes up blank when a try to print and I
have to select a printer from our network. I can print in
Word and Excel once I select a printer in the dialog box.

I am trying to install a printer (no discs)and am getting
an error message saying I am missing the file required to
continue the installation. The file name is

When i try to print a from a webpage and goto file print
it keeps saying "printing error" "The printer could not be
found". I have tried all the microsoft solutions and
nothing seems to work.

I have a Lexmark Z43. I cannot print from the icons in
any of my programs nor from my e mail. I can, however,
print from the file manager. I have already reinstalled
the driver and it still does this. Can you help?

now I can't get it back. Dose anybody no how I can
recapture it?

My HP Deskjet 712C is shared out on my Dell running XP.
My W2k station and another win98se can print to the shared
printer but nothing I do makes the HP Vectra with win98se

No problems printing until 2 computer were networked via a Windows network.
Now, the local Win98 cannot print anything, nor can it print to the shared printer on the network (the Win98 machine sees the shared printer). Other Win95 machine cannot print to this machine either. I ...
