to print a full screen from the internet and the title bar

When attempting to print on a HP Laser Jet 4 from my Dell
Inspiron 7000, I get the following error message:
"A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:C16B6A5D in the
VXD LPT (01) + 00003A2D"

I'm having some troubles to print of a CPU with Windows 98
SE to a Laser Jet 4/4M PLUS (HP).
I'm using a Netware's queue that send the job for a print
server in my network.

I'm getting a "time out" error message when I try to print
with instruction on how to increase "time out".  I've
decreased and increased time out & it doesn't help.  I'm
new to PCs & don't understand what "Time Out" does.
