I have following problem on printer sharing on Win98. First machine with Win98: 1) I have printer HP LaserJet III, attached to a machine having Win98. 2) I have enabled "Printer and File Sharing" on Win98 machine.

I changed my ink in Apollo P-2250. Now get messages, "An error in writing to LPT1. Your file waiting to be printed was deleted. Or Attempting to send data to the printer and printer not responding. I can't find an Apollo official website that I can ask about this.

I could print multiple photos on a single page. Then I chose another photo and tried to do the same. Got the following message: There was an error writing to LPT1: for printer (HP Deskjet 895C Series Printer): This function in only valid in Win32 mode.

my printer is telling me that there is a communication error. that there is no paper but the paper is loaded, i have tried to clear the error but have had no luck.

I've used "Print to File" to get some files to a service bureau for specialized printing. Now I'd like to go ahead and print a couple of these on my own printer. How does one enter a ".PRN" file into the print queue for the printer that wrote the file? (WIN 98SE, Canon S520 on USB ...
