Can someone tell me how to set the boot sequence on an IBM 300PL running
windows 98SE. It has 2 hard drives and is trying to boot to the one that has
nothing on it.  I can unplug it and it will boot up and work on the other
one.

Something wierd has happened to my legacy win98se system:  in
any folder, I can no longer get "new" as an option in the right
click (context) menu.  What happened?  How to fix this?

Been searching on this problem, nothing really on target found. Lots of
suggestions out there but no one seems to know the definitive answer to
why it is so hard to get win98se to install on this box. I have x-posted
because I have yet to find a definitive answer to this problem.

Hey all heres whats up.  I was at the salvation army and found the sweetest
Compaq Deskpro EN with Pentium III motherboard and CPU. Yellow tag sale day

CD ROM drive failed during WIN98 install.  Replaced CD drive and tried
again.  Ran FDISK again and I must have messed up somewhere.  Now when I try
to install 98 I get a message like this:
Windows 98 has detected that drive C: does not contain a valid fat or fat32

Anyone else installed win98SE after using Bootitng to partition their
drive?
Install appeared to freeze at opening "welcome" screen-perpetual

to put in it cause the person I got the cd from don't remember th

Some how I am missing this font which means some web pages I cannot read if they use this
font. I have looked on the Win98SE CD, but cannot find them to reinstall.
Any suggestions?
