I was trying to install the game "MYST" but I keep getting a message
"An installation support file could not be installed" then it says "ERROR
LOADING TYPE LIBRARY/DLL."  My OS is Windows XP,can you help me?

My sister has a Dell computer that is like a pentium 800 mhz I think.

of activity on it and I've migrated most everything onto my newer XP
machine. I got to Windows 98 SE through upgrades from Windows 3.1 (I think)

I have a IBM NetVista PIII 800mHz model running Windows98. I can't get
it to produce sounds - the only sounds I do hear are occasional beeps
at the very beginning of a start up.
It has a built in audio in, out, and mic in. But I get no sound with

We had a gateway computer that came installed with win98. Recently, we found
a CD labeled "Second Edition" and installed that.
During the installation, it asked if we wanted to keep a "backup" which
