Downloading Windows 98SE Updates and Saving them to CD26 Jun 2007 18:16 GMT1
How do I download updates for Windows 98SE and save them to CD pending the
stoppage of support from Microsoft? I have an OLD machine that runs just
fine with Windows 98SE. Anything else (other than a small version of Linux)

which include the following.
- "My Computer" icon was renamed "CV" at some time in the past and cannot be
changed back.
BIOS Settings04 Jun 2007 07:49 GMT1
I want to write down the BIOS info on my old Compaq just in case I need to
manually enter it if it some day forgets it.  F10 got me to the right menu
but I couldn't view any of the floppy or hard disk information. Highlighting
the correct item and hitting "Enter" did nothing.
