Symantec (Norton's AntiVirus) has suggested that if I'm not using FTP Server or Telnet that I can remove them. Doing so will help my system to be less vulnerable to attacks.

I had to reformat my harddrive recently. When I reloaded Win98, it didn't have the games on my start menu like before. Do I need to download from somewhere? or???? Can anyone help me?

After windows boots up, when you click on an icon on the desktop to start a program nothing happens. The same occurs when you click on a program from the start menu. The items that are in the startup folder do not start up.
