I recently re-installed windows 98SE. I use AutoCad LT for windows. When I try to run the program, I receive a read error message. The title bar on the message window reads: WATCOM Win386. This is a new one for me, Does anyone know

Every time I attempt to have microsoft scan my computer for needed updates it sits a 0. Then I find my computer is frozen up. Can anyone help me with this before I pay 35 dollars to have microsoft fix this?
