I have used a utility program to clean off spy type
programs.  It did a good job, but now after my virus
checker runs I get an error message on fya24w that I need
to reboot the computer.  I found the file in the

Every time I try to defrag it gets to 2% returns to 0 and
then keeps doing that. I do not know much about this

I have tried to download WindowMediaPlayer but keep

I have Bellsouth D S L I cannot get the pictures to come

When I try to defragment my hard disk drive it goes to 1%
and goes back to 0%. It keeps doing this loop 1% back to
