I received this email (below) this morning from a friend.  
When I checked the properties on this exe file, it said
that it was a Microsoft application called "Microsoft
Debugger Registrar for Java."  Is this a legitimate

When I try to open Microsoft Home Publishing 2000 I
receive the following message:
Cannot open...components are missing or broken.
GIF Graphic Filter is missing

I've Win98 and WinXP in my Computer,
one time as I selected the stand by option from shut down
menu in Win98,  white windows appearred wanted me to close
babylon and some other programs and it shut down,

Whenver I start my computer the following error message
appears:
A required .DLLfile PSLAPLDLL was not found.
The computer then freezes.

When my computer boots up...  I receive a blue screen and
message that says "A fatal exception 0E has occurred at
0028:C0059D39.  The current application will be
terminated..."
