I am using Cool Edit pro 2000 and sound forge v6.0. When I

I ran SFC for the first time yesterday. It says i need to
replace  setupx.dll  in  C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM.
My 3 year old system is currently running as well as I can

I cannot find the solution to the following message. I
have reloaded windows 98SE an it was not solved.
"Windows cannot find .exe. This file is needed to open
JPEG image. I get the same message for BITMAP files.

I tried to install win rocket and keep getting run-time
error '13' type mismatch.  What is this and what can I do
