I need to know if windows 98.5 has a way to keep people
off my computer with out asking me if then can use it?  Or

AFTER A FULL COPY OF MY HARD DISK, I LOST THE ICON AT THE

Whenever I try to open a picture my computer automatically
tries to open them with Microsoft Word.  How can I fix
this so that it opens in a picture supportive program?

I have a problem. The problem is as follows. When trying
to open the internet options control panel, it briefly
(about 1/100th of a sec) pops up but then disappears. all
other control panels work fine. Any help or suggestions

I have lost the command in my Windows 98 "send to" window
