I got a WIndows Installer problem. I have install the
latest InstMsi.exe but still are unable to run .msi file
by double clicking on them. The file association is not
there.

UPGRADED MY DESKTOP WINDOWS 98 WITH A USB 2 CARD. TOTALLY
SCREWED UP MY COMPUTER. DOES NOT BOOT AND JUST LOCKS ON
WINOWS 98 SCREEN. ANY IDEAS?

When I attempt to open any of the control panel files a
window opens indicating "access to the specified device,
path, or file is denied"   Any suggestions as to how I can
repair this problem.

When I start up my computer, after the Windows logo
appears I get these messages vnetsup.vxd, vredir.vxd,
dfs.vxd and finally msnp 32.dll missing following each
press any key.  The computer continues to boots, and works

I can't get clipboard to work according to the help reviews.  I can't get it
to paste or save as anything.  I get only one file I copy to it.  Can it do
only one at a time?  How do I get the clipboard to paste or save as?  I
don't get a paste command.  The help says to double clip ...

My recycle bin says full, but it is empty.  Ran virus
scan, no virus.

As of today, when I use Windows Explorer to view files on hard drived,
the only way I can see them is in the "List" or "Icon" View.  If I click
on "Detail" (which shows size and date of file) nothing happens.  Anyone
know of a fix for this? Or where the problem might originate?  ...

What is the microsoft visual c++ runtime library? Is it a
part of windows? If so can it be updated? Thanks to

applications and references the runtime library.
