When I try to use my scanner or camera I get a message
saying that I am missing a windows file win98/ksclockf.ax.
and I can not use either one. what can I do?

My block sender list is now weighing a ton.
so what is best. to block these ever frequent unsolicited spam messages, or

I currently have Att Worldnet as my internet provider.  It is slower that a

Hi, I need some help here! I'm using win 98 SE and when I
downloaded certain programs in the form of .exe files, I
tried double-click to open the file to install but nothing
happens. No installation screen pop up.

the recycle bin is renamed to "???" automaticaly. How can
I change it?

I load my work disc into d-drive. Hit start, run, browse,
