On my selective startup, should I use HTTP 1.1, or HTTP 1.1 through proxy settings? I use Windows 98 SE and my aol browser rather than IE. Thanks, Tom.

A note keeps coming up under the Iexplore icon saying "Iexplore has caused and error in KERNEL32.DLL. I explore will now close. But it does not close and I can't close it. I must powerdown and start from scratch to eliminate the window. It won't let me shutdown. Scan disk does ...
