In the last few days when I try to boot up, I cannot and receive "Operating System Not Found."  I tried the Start-up Disk - no go.  Then I play it with and after an hour or so it boots up.  I have Windows 98 2nd Edition.  On the HELP, it states that it cannot find the FAT32 file ...

Help!  I'm just a user.  When starting my computer, I get
the message that Explorer has performed an illegal
operation.  When I close or cancel, it goes away but my
desktop won't load.  I get the wallpaper but that is all.

Since downloading an upgrade from Mircosoft I can't open
attachments on my emails. Any ideas? I've tried going
through tools, but can't find the section on emails.

I am trying to remove the program and associated files for
CompuServe.  When I try to run the uninstall program, I
receive the following error message:
Unable to locate the installation log file ".

I receive this message very often when using the AOL 9.0.

try to continue, I get the following additional message-

I can't access/change anything in the control panel. I
keep getting Rundll.exe or one of its component is missing.
So what do I do now. I bought this used laptop with
windows98 already installed on it, and I don't have any
