When I start Freecell the hourglass comes up and stays on

when i try to set the Date/Time i get the following
error "an error occurred while windows was working with
the Contol Panel file C:\windows\system\TimeDate.CPL"
any help?

I have all my jpeg folders set for thumbnails. Just
recently I can not set any new ones, and the old ones do
not work.

I have recently upgraded my network protection to
Norton/Symantec 2004 (from 2003) and now the graphics for
Solitaire do not work. The cards do not display, and the
text for several areas shows up as random(?) characters.

I added memory to my computer and when i turned it back on
I recieved an error (201f: 00000316 fatal exception OD
application) so i took out the extra RAM and restarted the
computer and I get the error and it won't start in normal

When I start Windows 98 SE, I get the following error
message: "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\msconfd.dll cannot find." How
do I find and/or reinstall this file?
