The other day while I was burning a CD I realized that I
loaded the wrong playlist so I hit cancel to stop. After I
did this the computer froze. I shut it down and when it

During install I recieve a CRC error: The error does not
match the file in the setup's cab file.  The medium from
which you are running the setup maybe corrupted.
Now I cant install the program???

upon booting system, given prompts "cannot find fntldr.exe
in win.ini"  or to delete mention of fntldr.exe in
win.ini.  system is slow now.  then later on regsvr32
prompt comes up.  illegal operation.  reinstalled win 98

after the instalation i cant start the game because dont
find: TSMVHLP.DLL

I have a user who is having a problem printing to our network copier.
Everytime he prints to it he gets the error message
AR8XLQ.EXE - No Disk

My PC is coming up with cannot find System.ini when
booting up.  It tels me You need to run Windows setup
againg to install this file.  How do I do this?  Am I
going to lose my data on the hard drive

my dads win 98 pc uses mgi photosuite as default araphics
viewer/....how do i change the default so that another
program opens jpegs as default...he has having trouble
with mgi...i know how to do this in xp..but can it be done

need help to repair a divide overflow problem'

Every time I try and install a program the system will
hard lock after about 5% install. No error messages just
freezes and then I have to turn off power to machine and
reboot. I have a clean install of 98SE on a reformatted

I don't know what happened but when I turn my computer on,
the wallpaper comes up but there are no icons. The only
thing that I can do is press CTRL ALT DEL to shut it
down.  Any ideas how I can fix this?

Installed from CD, Barbie Swan Lake PC Game. No problems
or errors with installation.
Upon trying to run game, blue screen error pops up...
Fatal Exception error OE has occurred at 0028:CE94565E in

Windows 98 cannot find this file (tkepb.exe), needed to
run applications. Won't run anything at present.
Can anybody help please ?
