Recently replaced hard drive.  Re-installed office 97.  
Since replacement procedure, been using Excel, which has
worked just fine.  Went to use Word, and there are NO
fonts to be found in the drop down window with the

I'm not sure I'm in the right discussion group, but here
it is. I installed a Visioneer scanner and Paperport to
scan to. It also prints to my printer and sends email in
Outlook. My problem is when I click on Paperport to open

When I go to computer-drive C-properties it states capacity
of 6gb.But when I go to accessories it shows drive C to
have a capacity of only 2 gb. can anyoue explain this to

I purchased a firewire and am in the process of

setup disk, which I can no longer locate.  Is there a way

I recently tried to upgrade to Windows XP but it hung in
the middle and MS support couldn't help me get it
installed or uninstalled.  It hung up after it had removed

After downloading critical WIN98 updates, my computer gave
me an error concerning Explorer.
I have tried my backup boot disk and reloading WIN oem
disk with no success.

When trying to open the internet options folder from the
control panel, we get a message saying the rundll32.exe is
missing. This message also happended while trying to
install a camera.

Well, I am back.  Several things going on that you might
find to be a challenge.

I am trying to format a hard drive that has been
compressed.  Dos prompt gives me an error and says I have
to use DRVSPACE in Windows because the hard drive has
been compressed.  But windows gives me an error from

I used Add/Remove Programs to remove a program.  However,
the program name still appears on the Add/Remove program
list.  How can this program name be removed from the list?
