Why does it take so much time and also freguency to
defragment my system? I heard that this this "problem" is
systematic with windows 98.
Granted I surf the web maybe a total of 4 hours a day

I have #9, but a while back, before reloading everything, I thot I had
one with video adjustments like contrast and color. This one has

I'm a user of Win98 on a pentium 2. I recently downloaded
an update package from microsoft. At the 1st attempt to
install my PC froze(unusual) and I had to reboot. I then
returned and downloaded and installed the update package

the registry? You had given this info out and I had
written it down, but lost it. It is very useful info to

25506.  Microsoft Word 2002 requires updated system files.
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\ASYCIFLT.DLL is version 2.40.4275.1 and
