Every time I try to use the upgrade advisor - xp - this
stops on 'processing system files - dvd movie player' about
60 to 65 % of the way through.  Can anyone help please?

Hi.  The error message I get when booting up the machine
is "Error loading C:\Windows\System\Bridge.dll".  Does
anyone know what that means?  If I hit OK, the machine
boots up normally.
