When I try to open a jpeg the system says it is missing a
file ".exe". This file cannot be located, and has somehow
been accidentally deleted. How can i correct this?

I reinstalled WIN98 because of an error I kep getting. How
do I get WIN98 to detect the programs that were previous
installed? I don't want to have to install them all over
again individually.

Any Suggestions would help.
