I have an error message come up regarding the above
application and I am not sure how to rectify the problem.
The message basically says it cannot find the above

I am running Win98SE on a DELL laptop (650 Mhz) and a
GATEWAY desktop (400 Mhz). The systems have 512 and 384MB
RAM, respectively and the HD are less than 1/2 full. No
viruses, recent defrags.

I am unable to defrag the c drive, I have unchecked all
the programs in the startup menu, when the degrag starts
it goes to only 1% and stays there

when i shut computer down it frezzes and a window comes up
saying there is a program running and it is not reponding.
I hit end task and then the computer frezzes instead of
closing down.

When I try to type in an address i get the above error lots
but not all the time. Have tried the password and history
fixes and a few others I found but the problem persists.

The clock is losing time. It corrects when I reboot Any
ideas or what program may be interfering?

Hi. A while back I had to reload windows and then the
various applications. I didn't need the microsoft works
suite right away and didn't do those application CDs
except for Word. Today I tried to load rest. It would not

evne thou it is checked.
Any usefull ideas as to where to look in reg to reset
proper value would be appreciated.

It's easy to view the clipboard, and an item you copied
to it in windows 98...but how do you see what's on the
clipboard in windows xp??? I didn't see an icon for it
anyplace??? TIA.

I have just recently been getting this message at start
up: Error starting program: A required .dll file,
LIBEXPAT.DLL wasn't found.
Everything seems to be working fine though so far.

When I attempt to defragment my system it will not
progress anything further than 0%. It will run and run
continuously for days. I do believe that I have disabled
everything but I don't know what else to check for. HELP!
