Once in a while my outlook will not open as it says there is another instance of it already running, when it is not. I have to restart just to open my mail, anybody ever heard of this before and know a solution to resolve the issue??

When using Win 98 and runnin g AOL 9.0 for braodband, when opening Solataire, it respondes with the Illegal operation warning. This does not happen with any other the 3 other games. Has anyone encountered this error?
