Why do I get an access denied when I try to access my
control panels??

When I try to open up several programs I keep getting
error message: This is not a valid Win32 application. Can
you please tell me h0w to get this problem fixed.

When I start up I get the following message. Error loading
C:\windows\system\ctrlpan.dll  A dynamic link libray (dll)
initialization routine failed  What should I do?
