please can someone help me once again my computer has a
file missing this time its ctrlpan.dll file does anyone
know how i can fix it or sort it out please please please.

I sent this message 3 days ago, and have not received a
response as of yet.  I will add more information to my

My computer locks up when I try to access "My Computer" or

I can't use my d drive because setup could not finish
opening the file mtmminip.mpd on the source disk.  It

The software developer claims I have a worm, but it only
happens when I run their particular software.  It's an
image mover software that uploads images to their website.
When i click on the image mover it works for a bit, but
