i it possible to download ICS (internet connection
sharing) for Windows 98 non SE. I would like to use the
program, but I don't want to have to upgrade to Win 98SE.
If anyone has info it would be appreciated.

I don't know what it was specifically, and I can't seem to

I am having a problem with the cipher strenght being at 0-
bit on my computer. I am running win 98 and i seem to be
missing some dll files such as "schannel.dll and

Upon normal startup, my Windows 98 screen comes up, then
