OK, I am having trouble placing and making a PowerPoint
file work. It is a .pot file. Right now, I have the file
downloaded onto my computer, but now, I don't know which
folder to place it in. The file is for a Basic

Pleeeese help. How do I load these files from the cd.

can someone tell me how to get rid of norton anti-virus
2004. it keeps coming up when i first turn on the computer.
it will not install so i am trying to get everything out

it.  The cab files have been corrupt since I got it.  Is
there any way to get the files needed without having to
spend the $ to buy it or take it back to the computer man

I use internet explorer 6 and I tried to download a book
on line that was a Word 97 file compressed with a zip
file. I have Word 97 and Windows 98 on my computer but
instead it downloaded to Kodak Imaging for Windows so I

When I start up my computer, it does not automaticly go to
windows 98 start up. It stays in the dos mode. So I have
to hit the enter key while it is on normal start up in the
dos mode and it goes into the 98 start up. How do I get it

1) trying to run Defrag. Window with icon and % completed
bar comes but nothing ever registers, no bar appears but
hard drive sounds as if something is going on. I switch
to 'Details' and there is a blank screen!  No clusters

I have Win 98 SE.Whenever I reboot or turn pc on, I get a
box that states "work offline..or try again". When I
close, it keeps coming back. My IE settings is "never dial
