Running Windows 98SE (Home PC). Attempted to install
latest version of MSN Messenger. The following message
appears:

When I try to open some files sent to my email, it doesn't
open, just flashes, like its opening and closing and won't

My almost favorite game gives me this now. I've reloaded
W98SE, copied the .exe and the .dll from another machine
and still this bloody thing comes up. Can anybody decifer

Paint Help states that a picture can be pasted into
another document.  I am trying to put a photo of a home

i got a bad virus & it has now gone but it damaged my
windows 98,ive tryed restoring it but i have no disk so i
had to do it through the computers memory,but to no help,i

When I delete a file you cannot view it in the recyle bin.
When you hit "empty recyle bin" it ask you if you are sure
you want to delete all the files in the bin so they are

I use Windows 98 SE and Scandisk and Defrag are not
working.  When starting scandisk it checks folders for 60
seconds and then goes back to the beginning and checks the
same folders over again continuously.  This is both in

upgrade to windows xp... just curious -- which is the best route? buy
just the upgrade? or buy the full program -- price difference is
$100..... please advise.
