I keep getting this message when my computer starts

The message says that I may have accidently removed a flie
or program that is necessary. I do not know how to correct

Everytime I boot up the computer and log into my side of
the computer I receive the following error:

Does anyone know how to change the "open with" program
after the "always open this program using this file" has
been checked? I have two different types of applications
using the same .par extension and they are both attempting

inserted so that it can extract a file,  yuv_32dll  ,  
unfortunately the file is not on the disc,  so no web

after windows has opened I click on any icon to open it
then I an forced to wait 30 seconds for it to open. I have
defraged, and run scan disk, but still no improvement.Can

I've loaded Win 98 onto a disk that had previously been
loaded with NT and was partitioned into 2Gb and about 6Gb.
Now I've only got the 2Gb and can't find the other 6Gb
nevermind unpartition it.

When starting Win98 This message appears. I know I have
had a virus W32/GIBE-F /SWEN.A
As a result I can do little. What can be done suggestions
please.

I'm experiencing problems with defragmenting on my window
98, it defrags for 2% then it goes back to 0%, or
sometimes it just stays at 0% for hours. What gives ??
