I keep getting a windows critical update notification that
823559 has not been installed although the installed
history shows that I have had it installed sucessfully 4
times.

I get a error message when I click on my scanner. It is
asking me to download the file (TWAIN_32.DLL)from my
installation disk, but all I have is the restore disk that
