Hello!  I have win 98se and no disc (long story).
Does anyone know where I can find drivers?  I need one for
a USB mass storage device.

When I start up my computer, it goes through
everything,then when windows is to come up all there is a
screen with the computer logo on it and it saying that
explorer caused an invalid page fault in module

I'm helping a friend fix her computer.  Whener it starts
it goes to the msdos start screen with Normal, Safe Mode,
etc.. No matter what I chose it starts in Safe Mode, but
there is no Task bar and no Icons on the screen.  Also,

This program has disappeared from the Accessories list.  
I don't know exactly when and
how. I don't want to reinstall it from disk, since each
time I run it I have to request assistance to reconnect

I have a friend that has windows 98.
After downloading spyware from a web site,
their start button won't open. None of the icons on the
systems tray will open.

I'm trying to install Windows 98 SE on a machine that has
a newly formatted hard drive and I'm booting into Dos. I
keep getting the following message:
Setup Cannot run from MS-DOS Mode with a Private

Is there a patch or downloadable software to enable this
minidisc to run on Windows 98? Can anyone guide me to the
source if it exists please.

I,m running win98se. I have all the updates.
for some reason dllhost sometimes runs and eats all my mem.
the only way to stop it is to alt control delete and end

mouse disappered and I shut unit down.  Now when unit
tries to restart it states "error loading MOUSE.DRV
reinstall windows then shuts down.  What can I do?

computer tries to boot up but when it comes to one item
it states "error loading mouse.drv must reinstall
windows" then the unit shuts down.  

My son has just formatted his pc and it is so slow,any
suggestions as to be what the problem can be

I'm having trouble getting windows to boot up correctly.  
The laptop now goes to a blinking cursor, so I copied the
files from my WIN98 startup disk onto the C:\ drive, but
unfortunately, that only causes it to boot up like the
