I have been having problems with Windows

Like Glenn and Kitmose, I have had the same problems.  
Each time I try to open 'My Computer', 'Recycle

Hi, last night I accidentilly deleted the file
named "rqrm.exe" on my computer and now every time I try
to run an application, I get the message "Windows cannot
find rqrm.exe this program is needed for opening files of

I am trying to install a Norton's Internet Security 2004
in win98 system and I get the following message:

I have tried all of Andrew and Glee's suggestions for
fixing this problem and I am back to square one!  Have run
AVG, CWshredder, Spy-Bot, Adaware 6, HijackThis and have
reinstalled Internet Explorer 6.0 yet again and am still
