Hello you are my last hope. I hope that you can help me, I
use windows 98 on 40gb 126mb pc and I have a number of
problems I cant seem to solve,
1)    My maintenance wizard cant complete its action it

program or application is writing to my hard disk and I
don't know what that program might be.  Is it Symantic's

wordpad.  this makes it difficult to read some important

My PC having virus attack. Error message McAfee
Activeshield need to reinstall. After delecting the anti-
virus because it hangs during re-installation. When I

I cant delete the history, cookies or files in ie6, when I
click in the tools tab.  The window freezes then the

Lately everytime i try to install a program i am getting

Hi, my laptop has failed. Its an old Lattitude. The
Windows 98 logo flashes up then i get the above error
message. Does anyone know how to repair this so at least i

i have been trying to install adobe reader and some other

i click the setup or install icon a messege will appear

I don't know if I'm in the right place but...I have a
problem with Exployer. It is always running in the
background and is interferring with other applications
causing my programs to crash.
