The Office Assistant on my Word 2000 program won't appear, and I get an error message telling me to re-load it from my Word 2000 CD. Did that, several times, still no office assistant.

At one time I cleaned up my hard drive by writing zeros to it and the reinstalled windows 98. This helped my computer run better, I would like to do this again. I can't remember how to do this can any one help?
