Is there an easier way to shut down running programs in
the background when attempting a defrag or scan disk?
Currently, with Windows 98, I have to do the CTRL>ALT>DEL
thing and separately end each task.

My friend is running Win 98 and someone got on the
Internet on her PC, now the PC won't run right.  I went
