(1)  My computer will not allow me to uninstall a
program.  Reason given:  "The file is corrupt.  How do I
uninstal this corrupted file.  I used to be able to use
this file, now I cannot even bring it up.

I have tried various ways to get rid of this message, but
am unable to.  I have turned off the computer and have
tried turning off and unplugging.  Neither works.

Even after following instructions from Microsoft "disk
Deframenterr Hangs After Choosing Disk to Defragment", I
still am hung up.  Neigher Scan Disk or Defrag completes
its task.

Hello, I have lost a file and not a clue how it happened.

I'm using window 98 2nd edition and recently I have a
problem with the Ctrl, Alt, Del keys.  Usually when you
press these keys, you choose the program or web page you
want to close and only that one will close.  Now, let say
