How do you extract a zip file with win98se and ie6 with all updates?

I have lost the New shortcut and New Folder items on all
the contect menus as well as in File on the explorer menu
bar in Windows 98SE
Please please help

I am interested in a laser printer which is compatible

I recently installed a game from WildTangent. It put an Icon on the
