Can someone help please.  When I try to run the defrag
tool my error message is C:\WINDOWS\DEFRAG/EXE device
attached to the system is not functioning

My attempts at doing a complete backup (Microsoft

I use a Fujitsu Lifebook running Windows 98 for my work,
and this morning when I went to start it up, I got this
message...
"A fatal exception OD has occurred at 0147:000070F5"

When I try to open a file received as an attachment to e-
mail, I get an error message "This program has performed
an illegal operation and will be shut down.  If the
problem persists, contact the vendor"  Then, in the Show

When I try sending an email from a shortcut it comes up
and says Cannot send mail. No mail program is set up to
send mail using Internet Shortcuts.
Please advise on how to solve this problem.

Hello every/any one
Since reinstalling Win 98 on turning on myPC a list of
start up options appears  for 30 secs unless prompted
before start up continues. How do I get rid of this

I have a presario 5030 with windows 98
when I try to start up my computer and windows starts,
it displays the following message
"E47250: Incorrect MPEG data format"

Somehow I have lost the option for "marquee "  for a screen saver
any help appreciated
