Ever since i've installed my new cdrw drive, it takes
windows longer to load the My Computer window and also to
refresh when I take out a CD.  usually I have to press the
F5 key.  Why does this happen?

I would like to put microsoft fax on my computer, however I
do not havt WIN98 CD as it came with the manufacturers
recoverycd (not the full WIN98 appearently)
