Using RamCleaner, I checked its "processes" screen and found a bunch of stuff (listed below) running in the background. Could you please tell me what this stuff is and whether or not I should get rid of it? Thanks.

Ever since i've installed my new cdrw drive, it takes windows longer to load the My Computer window and also to refresh when I take out a CD. usually I have to press the F5 key. Why does this happen?
